JetBlue's policy regarding flight changes has changed in response the the coronavirus epidemic. You can now cancel any flight between June 7, 2020 and June 7, 2021 without paying a fee.
You can book your flight on or after the 8th of June 2021
If you cancel at least 1 day before departure, Blue, Blue Plus and Blue Extra will not charge a change fee.
Changes to Blue or Blue Plus fares are subject to a USD 75 change fee. However, it's free of Extra tickets.

If you need to change the departure or destination of your flight
If you have a new ticket, you only will be charged the difference.
If your new ticket costs less, you will get the difference credited to your account.
You can either make changes online through Manage Trips. Changes by phone will cost USD 25 per passenger.
JetBlue Travel Bank credits can be applied for if you are holding a nonrefundable ticket and don't know when you'll travel again. The majority of Travel Bank Credits are valid 12 months after the date of their original issue.
JetBlue Policy to Change Flights for Members of the Mosaic
JetBlue waived all changes fees for Mosaic members. This includes passengers on the itinerary. Same-day switches will also be exempt from the change fee.

You can make changes to your flight ticket before departure for all tickets purchased until June 7, 2021. There are only three tickets that can be modified free of charge starting June 8, 2021: Blue, Blue Plus or Blue Extra. These tickets must be changed at least 1 day prior to departure.
A change fee of USD 100 to 200 will be assessed depending on how you route.
If you have a non-refundable ticket for a flight, you may:
Cancel your flight. You can also convert the JetBlue Travel Bank credit into JetBlue Travel Bank credit, which you can use within 12 months.
If the cost of your new ticket exceeds that of your old one, you will need to pay for it.
If your new flight is more expensive, the balance of your JetBlue Travel Bank account can be credited.

JetBlue Travel Bank Credit
JetBlue's Travel Bank Credit option will appear on the JetBlue payment screen. Online bookings allow you to see your account balance and to choose how much you would like to apply for your booking. Log in to TrueBlue and you can access the funds.
Travel Bank will be your first payment method if you wish to make payments by travel credit, and then by credit card. Once you've used your Travel Bank funds, you can then pay the balance via your credit card just as you would normally.
